We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Personal data on this website is processed exclusively in accordance with legal requirements, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data is any data that can be used to personally identify you.
This website is operated by an external hosting provider.
Personal data collected during the use of this website is processed on the servers of the hosting provider.
Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and efficient operation of the website).
When accessing this website, the following information is automatically transmitted by your browser:
• IP address
• Date and time of the request
• Browser type and operating system
• Referrer URL
This data is used exclusively for technical monitoring and improvement of operations and is not combined with other data sources.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR
When you contact us via the contact form, email, or Gut8en forms, the information you provide (e.g., name, email address, property information) is stored to process your inquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures / contract fulfillment)
Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient communication)
As part of the Gut8en service, we process personal and property-related data, including:
• Contact details
• Property and building data
• Information on year of construction, renovations, and usage
• Uploaded documents (e.g., exposés, floor plans, statements)
Processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of creating, reviewing, and transmitting property-related appraisals and calculations (e.g., remaining useful life, purchase price allocation).
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR
Data is only passed on to third parties if this is necessary for contract fulfillment (e.g., experts or IT service providers employed).
You can book a free initial call with us on our website or through an AI assistant connected to our interface (see "Public Interface"). For this we process your name, your email address, optionally your phone number, and the time you choose; if you are logged in, we use your customer account.
Before a booking made without a login is confirmed, we send a six-digit code to the email address you provided. We store the code only as a cryptographic hash; the pending request (name, email address, phone number, and time) is deleted automatically after 15 minutes, and a code can be entered at most five times.
Once confirmed, we create a customer record (lead) and the appointment, and enter the appointment in our Google Calendar with you as a guest. Google then sends you the calendar invitation to your email address. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; this transfer is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision, Art. 45 GDPR).
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract at your request); limiting booking and verification attempts to prevent abuse is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Retention period: as long as necessary to hold and follow up the call; afterwards as described under "Storage Duration". You can request deletion at any time.
This website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device.
Technically necessary cookies are used on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
If analytics or convenience cookies are used, this is only done with your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
You can disable cookies at any time via your browser settings.
If you reach us through a Google ad, we can — only with your consent — determine whether that click led to an assessment or an order. We use our own cookies for this: afa_vid (anonymous visitor identifier, 2 years), afa_sid, afa_sig and afa_new (session attribution, 30 minutes each) and afa_gclid (Google Click ID, 90 days).
When an order is concluded we transmit the Google Click ID together with the order value and timestamp to Google Ireland Ltd. as a so-called offline conversion. Your name, address and other contact details are not transmitted.
The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw this consent at any time via the cookie settings, with effect for the future.
If analytics tools are used on this website (e.g., for reach measurement), this is done exclusively anonymously or pseudonymously and only with consent.
The collected data is not combined with other data sources.
Gut8en also provides its calculations (remaining useful life / depreciation and purchase price allocation), its product prices, and its free appointment slots through a public, unauthenticated interface, and allows an initial call to be booked through it. Third-party applications and AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT or Claude) can use it without an account or sign-in.
For each call we log technical access data only: a salted hash of the IP address (the IP address itself is not stored), the interface called, the origin of the request, a coarse identifier of the calling software (e.g. "GPTBot" or "curl"), the outcome of the request, and a randomly generated calculation ID.
Property details submitted for a calculation or price enquiry are processed to answer it but are not stored, and no assessment, customer, or lead record is created. The only exception is booking an appointment: the data processed for this is described under "Appointment Booking". If you subsequently visit our website yourself and start a calculation or enquiry there, the other sections of this policy apply.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the abuse-free and stable operation of the interface, in particular rate limiting)
Retention period: 30 days, after which log entries are deleted automatically.
Personal data is only stored for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes or as required by legal retention obligations.
You have the right at any time to:
• Access information about your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)
• Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• Deletion of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
• Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
• Object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
An informal message by email is sufficient for this purpose.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
For security reasons, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. This prevents transmitted data from being read by third parties.
This privacy policy is currently valid and will be adjusted as needed to reflect legal or technical changes.
If you have questions about data protection, please contact us at info@gut8en.rundum.immo.
